Why Should you choose AirTight Insulation as your SprayFoam Supplier?

AirTight Insulation is a privately owned corporation that was originally founded in 1987 as Medford Insulation. We began as a small application company, only offering fiberglass and cellulose insulation. As clients began inquiring about foam insulation, we began our investigation into the product. After a year of research, we began offering the spray foam insulation in 1998. During our initial learning curve, we discovered a huge void in the sprayfoam industry pertaining to customer support. No one in the industry had a background in insulation, and therefore, could not understand the day to day needs of an insulation contractor.  In addition to that, no foam supplier believed in spending money necessary to truly mass market their product.  So, out of this, the AirTight SprayFoam Dealership Program began.  Determined to created a company with true dealer support, AirTight Insulation began its quest for excellence in the sprayfoam supply business in 2003.  In just a few short years, AirTight SprayFoam has become a nationally recognized product and has expanded its dealership network throughout much of the United States.

Experience

There are numerous companies across the United States that can sell and install foam-dispensing equipment.  It's what happens after this initial investment that determines a company's success in the SprayFoam business.  A good Sprayfoam supplier should not only be knowledgeable about the chemical and equipment, but should also have a good background in the insulation business. That is exactly what you get when you choose AirTight Insulation.  We have been front-runners in quality in the insulation business since 1987.  We have built a strong reputation based on the quality of our work

One of the advantages we have over other companies is our ability to offer all types of insulation.  We are not only able to provide foam insulation, but also hybrid systems such as soundproofing, blown attics, and air infiltration systems.  This versatility has helped us land millions of jobs.  All of this knowledge will be passed along to anyone who enters our organization.

We have been able to perfect the application process through on the job experience.  Having the right equipment set-up in the SprayFoam business is crucial.  There are hundreds of equipment configurations and spray techniques taught and used daily across the United States.  Our experience in the SprayFoam application business will be passed on to those joining our organization.  Our time in the business has allowed us to test numerous chemical blends.  Not all urethanes are "user friendly."  We have eliminated any guesswork in this area.

Training

In addition to extensive on the job training, AirTight personnel undergo extensive classroom training at our headquarters in Rutledge, Georgia.  Here are some of the topics we cover during these training sessions:
1.  Insulation calculations 6.  Graco/Gusmer equipment
2.  Estimating guide 7.  Marketing strategies
3.  Material composition and formulations 8.  Sales tools and closing techniques
4.  Guidelines for safe handling of materials 9.  Good business management
5.  Spray polyurethane foam application guidelines     10.  Construction industry networking

The accreditations and knowledge gained from this training program will give our personnel a huge advantage over our competition.

Infrastructure

It is crucial for a growing industry to have the proper infrastructure in place to handle expansion properly.  AirTight Insulation is prepared in this area.  Not only do we currently have one of the most experienced staffs in the industry, we are always adding new talent whenever a position is needed.  We have one of the largest networks of Sprayfoam dealers in the United States operating under one umbrella.  Because all of our Sprayfoam Dealers own a protected territory, they gladly work with other Sprayfoam dealers to support their growth.  Since our inception in the urethane business, we have been able to grow at an average of 50% per year.

Marketing

The key to growing the Sprayfoam business is intelligent and widespread marketing.  Even with our strong growth, we've still only been able to gain control of less than 5 percent of the insulation market.  This is changing rapidly, however, due in no small part to the marketing program we have put together.  Our marketing plan consists of Yellow Page directories in all of our major markets and exhibiting in all home shows in the region.  We have also targeted builders, architects, and engineers through face-to-face meetings.  AirTight Insulation is also certified by the American Institute For Architects to give continuing education accreditation courses about the advantages of Sprayfoam.

To go out and educate people on the advantages of our insulation system, the proper tools had to be created.  We have spared no expense to create an image that will leave a lasting impression on those we encounter.  Our state-of-the art DVD explains our products and services in great detail.  This is by far the most professional trade video every made for the insulation industry.  For the computer age, we have also created this informative, easy to navigate website.  Anyone surfing the web for Sprayfoam insulation will have no problem finding our domain on the Internet.  Our brochures represent our professionalism and are unsurpassed by any of our competition.  These are just a few of the marketing tools used in our daily operating scheme.

Integrity

We've built our business on two core values: honesty and integrity.  AirTight Insulation is a family-oriented company that works as a team to accomplish our goals.  Once you're in the family, rest assured, we will go the extra mile to help you grow a successful and rewarding business.
