Standard AirTight  SprayFoam Equipment Package

• 16' X 8' X 8' V-Nose Horton Hauler with twin Dexter Torflex 10,000 lb capacity axles.
• Interior trim package which includes painted 5/8" plywood, Airtight spray foam insulation, built-in 115 volt heater with external plug, separate compartments for equipment and material, diamond-plated floors and separate exterior door for equipment room.
• Safety package including Fresh Air Systems with fresh air pump, 150' of hose, full face respirator and 3 half masks with carbon filters, spray suits, gloves, and head socks.
• Industrial air compressor with automatic bleed off, high temperature air dryer, inline lubricator and PEX plumbing.
• Electrical Systems includes 100 amp sub panel, 250' No. 4 SO cable, lights, switches and receptacles.  All wiring is run under the 5/8" plywood.
• Equipment package to include Graco/Gusmer Proportioner of choice, 260' of heated hose, Graco/Gusmer Spray Gun Package, 2:1 Transfer Pumps, Cuno Pre-filter assemblies.
• Tool Package to include industrial toolox with necessary tools.

• 30/40 Kw Deisel Generator with transfer switch - including 20 ft. Horton V-Nose Trailer with 15,000 lb Dexter Torflex axles, and third compartment.
• AirTight Graphics whole trailer wrap.

1. Proportioning Unite (Graco/Gusmer E-20 / E-30 or H20 / 35 Pro)
2. High Pressure Heated Hose (210' - 310')
3. Spray Gun (Graco/Gusmer GX-7)
4. Transfer System (Graco/Gusmer 2 to 1 Transfer Pumps)
5. AirTight SprayFoam (500 lbs ISO/500 lbs Resin)
6. Power Source (Diesal Generator or 250' #4 SO Cable)
7. Air Supply (13-16 CFM Industrial Air Compressor)

These components may be mounted on trailer units or self-contained box trucks.  These items are only part of our equipment packages.  Everything you'll need to install AirTight SprayFoam is included with each equipment package.
